Karlskrona municipality chooses Pagero
e-invoice
Karlskrona municipality has chosen Pagero as their supplier of e-invoicing services for their in- and outbound e-invoicing. In addition, they have purchased a supplier activation project. The project scope is that Pagero helps Karlskrona municipality's suppliers to start sending e-invoices to the municipality.
Approximately 470 suppliers are invited to participate in the project, which is equivalent to a flow of 88,000 invoices to Karlskrona municipality. The project begins with a seminar that Karlskrona municipality and Pagero organize together for all suppliers. The focus will be on how e-invoicing streamlines Karlskrona muncipality's accounts payable, and how easy it is to e-invoice with Pagero.
"The reason why Karlskrona municipality has chosen Pagero as our partner for e-invoicing is mainly because we felt they have a solid experience in running these projects," said Peter Olausson, System and Development, Karlskrona municipality. "We were impressed by their project plan and that fact that Pagero's organization did not feel vulnerable from a staff point of view. One condition was also that their offer had a reasonable cost where both our suppliers and we can achieve economical benefits by shifting to e-invoicing."
