With Pagero’s External Print services companies who use Pagero e-invoice can send all of their invoices electronically, regardless if the recipients can or cannot receive e-invoices. The recipients who can receive invoices electronically will receive an e-invoice and those who can’t will receive a paper invoice.
This is how External Print works
1. Create invoices as you normally do in your Finance-/ERP-system.
2. Send the invoices with Pagero e-invoice.
3. Pagero will sort out the invoices into two different channels – electronic or external (paper) printing.
4. The electronic invoices are sent directly to the correct receiver in the file format they expect to receive it in.
5. The ”print invoices” are sent to one of our external partners who are specialized in paper print (best service with competitive rates). They print, envelope and post the invoices to your customers. If you like you may design the layout yourself including your company logo.
Now you can send all of your invoices electronically via Pagero!
