Pagero introduces a free global e-invoice service for small companies to send and receive e-invoices, regardless of industry sector. Please see terms below.
Pagero e-invoice Portal is a web based service that doesn’t require any software installation. The ability to send and receive e-invoices is free of charge with zero transaction costs. All you need to get going is to register with Pagero Online, where the Pagero customer service center will assist you.
“We offer a free service to companies with low volumes so that they can send (XML, UN/EDIFACT INVOIC) and receive e-invoices without the burden of any capital investment. The service also enables small companies to receive e-invoices from medium and large companies. Pagero has now enabled an infrastructure for companies who earlier haven’t seen the economic benefits to go e-invoice”, Jonas Edlund, Executive Vice President, Pagero AB.
Terms and conditions:
- The e-invoice recipient must be connected to the Pagero e-invoice network and have the Free Supplier Portal Service™. It may not pass via third party operators.
- If there is a requirement to reach recipients behind other operators the service cost 9 Euro per month with a transaction cost of 0,25 Euro per e-invoice sent. It costs nothing to receive.
