Pagero increases its activity to enable internationalization and further expansion. Mr. Nilsson, founder of IFS, has been appointed the President & CEO of Pagero Group AB from the 1st of November 2009. Since 2007 Mr. Nilsson has also held the position as the Executive Chairman at Pagero.
Mr. Nilsson is one of the founders of IFS AB, the world's leading supplier of business software. He is also a board member of BoNil AB, Greenfield AB, Green Trade Group, Hikka Group AB, Hikkadua Investments LTD, Homes and Villas Ltd, Ides AB, Norelia AB, IQ Object AB, Proxio and Pointer AB.
Fredrik Rosenqvist will continue as the CEO of Pagero Nordic AB with the responsibility for expanding the Nordic operations.

Since the 1st of November 2009 Mr. Sverker Lundberg has taken the position as CFO at Pagero. Mr.Lundberg has over 25 years of experience in management positions in a number of fast-growing companies with an international focus. IFS, Comvik International (now MIC) and Sicon Semiconductor AB are three examples.
