Due to lack of profitability Docteq has chosen to phase out its e-invoicing business and thereby sell their customer base to Pagero.
Docteq has been ground-breaking within the e-invoicing market space and made it possible for SMB to send and receive e-invoices. The JCE Group has decided to strengthen its focus on their core business and has therefore decided to sell their customer base to Pagero AB.
Pagero is a leading e-payment and e-invoice operator in the Nordic market. This transaction enables Pagero to continue its’ mission to rapidly grow into EMEA and offer the market competitive e-payment and e-invoice solutions for small, medium, large companies, organizations and government agencies.
