OKQ8

SUMMARY
OKQ8 consists of several different company constellations such as privately-owned stations, private retailers and independent associations; each with their own invoice administration. In 2009, OKQ8 decided to go further with efficiency measures for the management of its supplier invoices and a project to receive e-invoices was initiated. The most important thing for OKQ8 was to reduce costs for existing invoice administration and to also make improvements in quality effects with the suppliers. During the project, Pagero has learned OKQ8’s operation, what suppliers’ demands are, and how OKQ8 views the e-invoice project. The deciding factor for why OKQ8 selected Pagero is Pagero’s function as a consolidator. Thanks to Pagero, OKQ8 have one uniform format, which means no separate EDI projects that would have required a lot of time and resources.
