There are different ways to connect to Pagero Online, depending on demands for automation. With all options it is possible to both send and receive e-invoices.
Pagero Web Portal (manual) is a fully web-based service with an easy to use interface for invoice processing in Pagero Online. No installation of any software is required to access Pagero Online. Pagero Web Portal is a flexible solution that allows small businesses to simplify and streamline their invoice processing routines without having to invest in a wfinancial or ERP system.
Pagero Connect (semi-automatic) includes a virtual printer: Pagero Printer. Invoice data is created as usual in the financial system, but instead of printing via a paper printer, Pagero Printer is selected. Invoice data is inter-preted and delivered electronically to customers via Pagero Online. Pagero Connect also works for companies creating electronic invoices (CSV, XML, EDI) directly in their financial system.
Pagero Server Connect (automatic) allows companies to send and receive e-invoices automatically, to and from their workflow or ERP via Pagero Online without any manual processing. Pagero Server is a powerful service for companies groups with multiple legal entities.
Companies requiring a direct communication link to Pagero Online can use our customer specific communication, for example via FTP, SFTP, HTTPS or AS2.
