Pagero Online has a unique many-to-many architecture, which enables companies of all sizes to easily and by themselves connect to the network and communicate with each other without any expensive project costs.
It does not matter which invoice format (CSV, XML, EDI etc) the company uses, since all transactions automatically are converted from any supplier format to the correct buyer format in Pagero Online. The recipient can also activate a validation service to ensure that the content of all received transactions is correct.
It is important that users easily can add new suppliers or buyers to the network, without any involvement from the operator. For this reason, we have developed Pagero e-business locator. Pagero e-business locator allows users to add new suppliers and buyers without any intervention from Pagero.
All handling of data traffic has to be based on high security and data integrity. Company information is under continuous threat of being disclosed by competition. Pagero Online is built to provide the same security level as bank information and all data is encrypted wall to wall. We also have built an extensive receipt handling function to ensure delivery.
