There are currently several different formats for e-invoices, which are all adapted to the needs of individual organisations and/or different industries.
In Sweden, Svefaktura is standard for government authorities and offices and BGC-Invoice is the common e-invoice format for Handelsbanken, SEB, Danske Bank and Bankgirocentralen.
In addition to these, there are a multitude of industry-specific formats. One common notion is that the format poses an obstacle to properly getting started with e-invoicing. With Pagero, format is no problem. We solve the problem with one incoming format and a different outgoing format, without you even having to think about it or check on it.
We support the following types of format:
- PDF
- CSV (semicolon, tab, etc.)
- XML (Svefaktura, BGCInvoice, Finvoice, e2b, OIOXML, cXML, etc.)
- EDIFACT (D93A, D96A, etc.)
