Pagero’s e-invoice services are delivered in 3 different basic packages. In addition to these, there are various service options that enable you to customise an e-invoicing solution to suit your specific needs and requirements.
Pagero e-invoice
Pagero e-invoice is a complete service for sending and receiving e-invoices via a client shell installed on site at your premises. You can send and receive e-invoices. You will also gain access to Pagero Online, which is Pagero’s central server where you manage your e-invoice services.
Pagero e-invoice includes:
- Pagero Printer (virtual printer)
Pagero Printer is a virtual printer that is installed locally and used as a desktop printer.
- Outbox
Pagero Outbox is for companies that can create electronic invoices (XML, CSV, EDIFACT, etc.) using their ERP.
- Inbox
Pagero Inbox is used by companies to download their e-invoices from the Pagero server Pagero Online, save them and then to read them in the Workflow/ERP systems.
Pagero e-invoice Portal
Pagero e-invoice Portal is a service for creating, sending and receiving e-invoices directly in your web browser. No installation is required, all you need to do is log in to Pagero Online, Pagero’s central server, where you manage your e-invoice services.
Pagero e-invoice PDF Portal
Pagero e-invoice PDF Portal is a free service for receiving e-invoices directly in your web browser. No installation is required, all you need to do is log in to Pagero Online, Pagero’s central server, where you have your user account and manage your e-invoice services.
In addition to our solutions for sending and receiving e-invoices, we also offer Supplier Activation projects. This involves helping you to increase your inflow of e-invoices by activating your suppliers to send e-invoices to you.
