Italian e-ordering and e-invoicing mandates

Fulfil the requirements with Pagero

Mandatory e-ordering from 1 October 2019

Since January 2019, e-invoicing is mandatory for all domestic B2B and B2C transactions in Italy. From 1 October 2019, all entities connected to SSN (Servizio Sanitario Nazionale) and their suppliers have to exchange order documents exclusively electronically, according to specific technical requirements and submitted for validation and distribution to the governmental hub NSO (Nodo Smistamento Ordini). The new mandate is issued by MEF (Ministero dell’Economia e Finanza).
