A fully digital inbound invoice flow
Bensin & Rörtjänst projects, builds and maintains service stations. The company began using Pagero’s services to receive e-invoices in the beginning of 2014. They also use our value added services e-archive and scanning. This means that the company can receive all inbound invoices electronically, even invoices from suppliers that do not use e-invoice services. They have also substantially reduced their use of paper and saved a lot of time and money.
Pagero and Pector – a reliable partnership
“We started using Pagero at the same time as we started using the financial system Visma Business and DocBox”, says Lars Borslöv, Financial Manager at Bensin & Rörtjänst. “I was quite new at the company at the time and based on my experience from working at several other companies, I felt that we needed an update and modernize our business operations – replace old routines with better and more efficient solutions. 1 000 inbound invoices per week
“We receive an incredible amount of invoices every day, probably about 1 000 per week, and we used to spend a lot of time opening letters and scanning and converting every single invoice. This is the main reason why we switched to e-invoicing. Our suppliers had, however, also started to request e-invoicing more and more.”

I am not interested in how e-invoicing works technologically speaking, what is important to me is that it works the way it is supposed to – and it does. If it had been complicated or time consuming, I would not have been using it. It is very important to us that is easy to handle our invoices and now it is. If there is something that we want resolved or if new suppliers want to connect to our network, I just send a message to Pagero and they will fix it immediately. They even understand the shortest and most cryptic messages I sometimes send them. It works incredibly well”, explains Lars Borslöv.

E-archive for secure storing of invoices
“In Pagero’s e-archive, we can also look up all the invoices that we have received, which are safely and securely stored in the cloud. It is a very practical solution and we do not have to print the invoices and file them in our office ourselves.”
An environmentally friendly and cost efficient solution
“E-invoicing has become very popular and there are very strict environmental regulations for both oil companies and government agencies today. The environment was maybe not the thing we thought about the most when we first started using Pagero’s services at the beginning of 2014, but after having seen how much it has reduced our use of paper, we have also started to think more green in other areas of our business. We have actually started to sort paper for recycling at our company, which we might not have been very good at before. The environment is, of course, something very important, and at our company one thing has simply led to another. Our next step is to start sending our outbound invoices electronically as well. That will reduce our use of paper even more. By using Pagero’s services we have been able to do something good for the environment and save money at the same time!
