A fast, secure and flexible partner
All of K-rauta AB’s invoices were previously printed and sent from Finland, which was a time consuming and costly process. This was one of the reasons why the company started using Pagero’s services, says Marcus Wolf, IT-Manager at K-rauta.

From 3 months to 1 week
“Pagero’s services have also meant significant savings for us. First of all, we save time. Not only by eliminating manual handling of invoices, but also by printing our invoices in Sweden via Pagero’s value added service, E-print. Several of our customers still wish to receive paper invoices, which previously meant a slow process of 6-10 days from time of purchase until the invoice reached the customer. Now we have reduced this timespan to 2 days. If the address was incorrect, it would take from 1-3 months until the customer received their invoice, but now invoices are returned directly to K-rauta’s service centre for corrections and this timespan has been reduced to 7 days,” explains Mr. Wolf.

Higher security – lower costs
“In time, we expect to reduce postage costs significantly. By having better control of our outbound invoices including an automatic handling of them, we eliminate the risk of error and lower our administration of questions regarding customer invoices. Our invoice handling will become much more environmentally friendly by reducing the amount of paper as well as transportation of invoices. We also reduce the payment period for our customers and thereby improve our own liquidity.”
Fulfills all requirements to every customer
“An increasing number of our customers demand e-invoicing today, including government and municipalities as well as many large companies, and by using Pagero’s services we are able to fulfill these requirements. We are also able to send PDF-invoices via e-mail to customers that cannot receive e-invoices today, thereby gathering our entire outbound invoice flow into one single channel – Pagero Online,” says Mr. Wolf.
