NemHandel’s directory of recipients (47 000+) is now fully integrated with and searchable in Pagero Online. This means that we can offer our customers full reach throughout the Nordic market.
Danish NemHandel is a state-owned infrastructure that makes it possible for companies to easily and safely send e-order and e-invoice messages over the Internet. It is mandatory to use NemHandel when trading with the public sector in Denmark.
Thanks to the integration, our customers can reach all recipients in the Danish public sector and also a very large number of private recipients in Denmark.
By running a simple search in the recipient directory in Pagero Online, you can see if a particular company is connected to NemHandel. You can then add that company to your list of recipients and start to communicate with them. You create your business documents in your system as usual and send them to the recipient through Pagero Online and NemHandel. You will receive a notification after delivery, which means that you will never have to wonder whether your documents have reached the recipient or not.
“The integration with NemHandel is an important step in our work to provide our customers with maximal reach when it comes to communication with the public sectors in the Nordic region and Europe”, says Fredrik Rosenqvist, VP Partner & Alliances, Pagero. “Other important networks that are also integrated with our system are for example Tieke and PEPPOL. We are actively working to connect with the public sector in all European countries where e-invoicing is mandatory by law.”
“I am seeing great interest in sending invoices via NemHandel on the market. There have already been links set up between both Danish and Swedish invoice issuers and the Danish public sector in our system and I expect to see a great increase in the use of this service in the near future” says Bryan Lindenskjold, MD Pagero Denmark ApS.
