<p>A subprocessor is another organization/ legal entity separate from Pagero that processes customer personal data as a part of the provision of our services. Other common terms are &ldquo;subcontractor&rdquo; or &ldquo;supplier&rdquo;, but the term &ldquo;subprocessor&rdquo; refers to an entity supporting a &ldquo;Processor&rdquo; (in this case Pagero) according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Examples of subprocessors within the Pagero services are: hosting partners, print- or scanning partners and/or connectors to different governmental hubs.</p>

<p>Pagero uses subprocessors in order to provide our services to customers. In order to comply the the transfer rules of the GDPR and customer requirements, we have made sure that no personal data belonging to any customer based in the EU will be transferred or accessible from outside when using our core services. Please note however that if you/the customer has chosen to purchase add-on services that some of the add-on services may be supplied by a subprocessor outside of the EU in accordance with the list below. If you are unsure if you have add-ons included in your services from Pagero, please contact your sales representative.</p>

<p>In order to provide our services globally and deliver 24/7 support to our customers, we have employees based in different geographical locations. All Pagero entities with access to customer data are listed as &ldquo;Pagero Affiliates&rdquo; below. In our customer DPAs, these are called &ldquo;Affiliates&rdquo;.</p>

<p>Advanced Computer Software Group Ltd (former Cloud Trade Technologies Ltd.) is removed from the Pagero Online Add-On services list as they are no longer utilized. All affected customers have been notified separatley prior to this change.&nbsp;</p>

<p>2024-12-04</p>
<p>Ivant Technologies (a connector to the governmental infrastructure in Philippines) has been added. This changes does not affect any existing customers, as it will only apply to customers purchasing the Add-On service to send compliant eInvoices in Philippines.&nbsp;</p>

<p>2024-04-04</p>
<p>Proxio Systems AB has been removed from the list as this service is no longer utilized. Google has been removed from the Pagero Online Add-On services list as this service is no longer utilized.</p>

<p>Pagero France is removed from the list of Affliates as there are no longer any Pagero employees with access to the services employed by Pagero France.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Almog software industries LTD (a connector to the governmental infrastructure in Israel) has been added. This changes does not affect any existing customers, as it will only apply to customers purchasing the Add-On service to send compliant eInvoices in Israel from this date and forward.&nbsp;</p>

<p>2023-12-12</p>
<p>Infinite Sp. z.o.o (a connector to the governmental infrastructure in Poland) has been added. This changes does not affect any existing customers, as it will only apply to customers purchasing the Add-On service to send compliant eInvoices in Poland from this date and forward.&nbsp;</p>

<p>2023-11-24</p>
<p>Ilyda Information Systems S.A (a connector to the governmental infrastructure in Greece) has been added. This changes does not affect any existing customers, as it will only apply to customers purchasing the Add-On service to send compliant eInvoices in Greece from this date and forward.&nbsp;</p>

<p>2023-10-13</p>
<p>DocProcess SA ( a connector to the governmental infrastructure in Romania) has been added. This changes does not affect any existing customers, as it will only apply to customers purchasing the Add-On service to send compliant eInvoices in Romania from this date and forward.&nbsp;</p>

<p>2023-09-20</p>
<p>Hansaprint OY is removed from the list as this subprocessor has been offboarded. All affected customers have been notified separately regarding this change.&nbsp;</p>
