The order is for a fixed contractual term of two years and comprises of EUR 2.012 million in yearly recurring revenues as well as one-time charges amounting to EUR 0.123 million for service enablement and implementations.
The company clarifies that the effective date of the contract is 31 of March 2023, and the yearly revenue will be included in the Q1 2023 ARR (Annualized Recurring Revenue) figures.
