The Federal Tax Service of Russia is working on a new simplified tax regime with small businesses in the scope. The pilot test is planned to start from 1 July 2022.

The Russian Government is implementing a national goods traceability system that prescribes e-invoice issuance for certain types of goods. The mandate enters into force on 1 July 2021.
