Quick questions for a Presales and Bid Manager
Sam Fall is one of our Swedish stars at the Gothenburg headquarters, working as a presales and bid manager. His job involves coordinating between departments to make sure that Pagero always delivers the right solution to customers throughout the world. He is often involved in large international cases and has been with Pagero for three and a half years.
What makes your work exciting?
To work in the presales department, you need to engage in sales projects all over the world and try to understand customer requests from a Pagero Network-perspective. This means that I need to stay up to date with developments and know where to reach out for assistance and expertise. This coordinating role is really stimulating and lets me be involved in a lot of large cases. Markets keep on developing and every company has their own way of handling business, which means that every day at Pagero is unlike the next.
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
Probably my friends and colleagues.

If you could automate something in your private life, what would it be?
Dropping my son off at preschool. Mornings are often quite stressful and getting my three-year-old there in time before I start work is sometimes a challenge. It takes up a lot of time that we could probably spend together in a more relaxed way.
