These country-specific terms for Pagero services provided in Turkey (herein referred to as the “Turkey Terms”) supplements the Master Subscription Agreement entered into between a Pagero Group entity and Customer.
1.1. These Turkey Terms apply where the Customer is utilizing the Services within Turkey.
2. QNB eFinans letter of undertaking
2.1. E-Documents sent or received as part of Pagero’s services in Turkey will be processed by eFinans Elektronik Ticaret ve Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“QNB eFinans”), a duly registered private integrator under the laws of Turkey.
2.2. The provision of Services is subject to Customer’s direct authorization is required in order for QNB eFinans to send or receive e-Documents on behalf of Customer, which must be given upon activating Customer’s account in QNB eFinans portal by way of accepting QNB eFinans “PRIVATE INTEGRATOR CUSTOMER SERVICES LETTER OF UNDERTAKING”.
