Roxtec: Pagero and IFS made the implementation quick and easy

Following a request from one of Roxtec’s largest partners, the company chose to switch to e-invoicing. Pagero’s name ended up at the top of the list thanks to its close collaboration with Roxtec’s ERP system, IFS. Roxtec’s ERP Manager, Tobias Ånestrand, explains how the flow works: “We generate the technical solution in that we send PDF files from IFS to Pagero Online, which interprets the files and forwards them as an e-invoice to our customers.”

After starting up the cooperation with Pagero in Finland, Roxtec chose to implement the solution in Sweden as well. “We felt secure in also choosing Pagero for Sweden because everything had worked well in Finland and, in particular, since Pagero is a good partner to IFS. The fact that Pagero has sound knowledge of our ERP system made the implementation smoother and faster than it would have been otherwise.”

“When we encountered parts of the ERP system that we had to configure, we got direct answers as to how to go about it. This meant that the implementation was completed in just over a week. We had a good relationship with our project manager from Pagero, who stayed in regular contact and followed up all parts of the project. Thanks to that, we were always on top of the things that needed to be done.”

“Other than the sales department and the project department, we have not needed to have any further contact with Pagero. Since we have never encountered a problem, we have never had to contact Pagero’s support. Everything simply works and we don’t have to do so much for it to carry on that way.”
